Packages for the problems we solve, not the services we offer.
Audits
The Problems We Solve
Website
Review website content, analytics, competition, SEO, and UX / UI
Marketing
Analyze marketing funnel, messaging, tracking and attribution
Branding
Discern current brand utilization and identify areas of improvement
Audits are great entryway into communications consulting. They allow for us to quickly identify areas of improvement while being a lower initial time investment. Our audit packages provide benchmarking data and analysis of your marketing, branding, digital, and communications initiatives.
The deliverables of an audit typically looks like a small summary document and presentation, with the last page serving as a “10 Commandments” to avoid future issues. Audits do not come with detailed prescriptions, but there will be helpful advice and recommendations.

Sometimes it’s just nice to have an outside expert’s perspective. Advisory relationships focus on identifying and solving problems through conversations in person and online. Advisory services are eclectic in nature: no two engagements are the same, but every engagement will be similar. That is, we’ll utilize the same tools but in a different arrangement as the situation requires it.
A typical advisory engagement follows our IDEAL Framework. It starts with a preliminary meeting, problem identification, diagnosis and goal setting, followed by education and implementation with frequent check-ins along the way. Since we use the full toolkit, there are often workshops and audits as the need arises.
